He tries to address violence in other sports, like football and boxing, but is unsuccessful at explaining how the violence on the football field is different than the violence in the cage.

UFC 123 in November will include Karo "The Heat" Parisyan, the fighter told MMA Fighting and CagePotato.com today. Parisyan expects to take on fellow welterweight Dennis "Superman" Hallman at the show in Auburn Hills, Mich.
The promotion cut Parisyan from its roster last year after he pulled out of a bout with Dustin Hazelett scheduled for UFC 106 in November. At the time, UFC President Dana White vowed that Parisyan would never fight for the company again.
Recent conversations with White led to another chance for Parisyan, who has been battling anxiety issues that led to "occasional abuse of medication," he told CagePotato.
